The other day, I had the chance to talk with Julia and Greg Hayenga, owners of Personal Touch Travel, a full-service travel agency in St. Cloud. The Hayengas said 70 percent of their customers are leisure travelers, many of whom have expressed interest in air service from St. Cloud.
Greg said one of the main reasons leisure travelers want to see air service in St. Cloud is because of the stress and hassle of flying out of MSP.
“A number of our clients have told us they are concerned about missing flights from MSP because of hectic Twin Cities traffic and long check-in and security lines,” said Greg. “Not having air service in St. Cloud also affects a number of our agency’s elderly clients who don’t drive or do not want to drive to MSP.”
I asked the two to sum up why leisure travelers will love air service in St. Cloud. Below are their top five reasons.

i have never found the travel to msp to be hard or strenuos,,and i have flown out of there about 25 times .50 dollars to park ,ride to the door of terminal.,1 hour 1o mins,to get there ,and about 10 bucks in gas ,not as big a hassle as everone wants it to be made .but the biggest tning ,WHY PAY 200 DOLLARS MORE FOR TWO TICS, IN A WORD ,,STUPID, SORRY
